Foster Unity and Collective Responsibility: To eliminate divisions among members by promoting a spirit of shared purpose, mutual respect, and collective sacrifice through active involvement in community initiatives.
Promote Hard Work and Self-Confidence: To instill the values of unity, dedication, and self-belief, encouraging members especially the youth to strive for personal and communal growth.
Empower the Youth for a Brighter Future: To nurture creativity and provide opportunities that prepare young people for successful, independent, and meaningful futures.
Support New Sierra Leonean Immigrants: To assist newly arrived Sierra Leoneans in Germany by educating them about the country's laws and culture, and accompanying them to the appropriate authorities to facilitate their legal residence and settlement.
Facilitate Social Integration: To help both new and existing members adapt and thrive within the society they live in, promoting inclusivity and a sense of belonging.
Preserve and Promote Sierra Leonean Culture: To educate children born in Germany about Sierra Leonean culture and traditions, fostering pride in their heritage and a strong connection to their roots.
Give Back to German Society: To contribute positively to the broader community by organizing voluntary activities and offering support in settings such as elderly care homes and hospitals whenever the need arises
